Who we are
Mold Pros operates moldpros.net, an advertising and referral website that helps visitors connect with independent service contractors. Contractors are separate businesses and are responsible for their own services and privacy practices.
Information collected
When you contact us or request help, information you provide can include your name, email address, telephone number, service location, and details about your request. Website visits also generate technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referral source, and visit time. IP-based location tools may use an approximate location to display relevant local content.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to respond to inquiries, help route service requests, operate and secure the website, and understand website usage. Information relevant to a service request may be shared with independent contractors or referral partners so they can respond. Website hosting, analytics, security, and communication providers may process information in providing their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect against fraud, misuse, or security threats.
Cookies and third-party services
This website uses cookies and similar technologies for website functions and visitor analytics. Embedded content and links to other websites may involve third-party services with their own privacy policies. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings; some website features may be affected.
Your choices
You can choose what information to provide and contact us with privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete information associated with your inquiry. Please identify the website and provide enough detail to locate your request. Contact an independent contractor directly about information that contractor holds. Do not send sensitive personal information in an ordinary email.
Security and updates
No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. This policy may be updated as website practices change; the date above identifies the latest revision.
